STEERING & SUSPENSION Steering and suspension is one of the biggest M.O.T. failure areas. A C Components
stock only high quality, guaranteed, steering and suspension parts from original equipment (O.E.) suppliers. Ball Joints,
Track Rod ends, suspension links, wishbones, mountings, bushes, steering racks etc all in stock at keen prices.
SHOCKS & SPRINGS Shocks and Springs (Coil springs, leaf springs) are another
critical area for MOT failure. We have increased our stocks of shocks (shock absorbers, struts) and coil springs over this
past year. Most
of our stocked range of shock absorbers and coil springs are from Monroe and Kilen however we can supply other brands as well
if required.
BRAKING
Brake friction pads, brake shoes, brake discs, brake pad fitting
kits all stocked! Again all our stocks of braking components are from well known reputable brands like Apec, EBC, Blueprint
and Nipparts.
HYDRAULICS We stock a huge range of hydraulic wheel cylinders,
flexible brake hoses and brake calipers. All are quality components from Brake Engineering and Apec. A full range of hydraulic brake master cylinders and slave cylinders
are also available to order, with quick delivery and competitive prices.
BELTS & TENSIONERS Timing belts and tensioners are
critical to the life of your vehicle's engine. We only stock quality, guaranteed timing belts and tensioners
from big brand names such as Gates, Dayco,Contitech and INA.
CLUTCHES Clutches are a very important part of our business. We stock LUK,
Valeo, Borg & Beck and for Japanese vehicles we stock original equipment clutches from Blueprint and Nipparts.
BATTERIES We at A C Components
are the area stockists of PLATINUM batteries. Whether you need a car battery, van battery, tractor battery or commercial battery
we have a high quality battery to suit your requirements and each new battery comes with a manufacturer backed two year guarantee!
DRIVE TRAIN Driveshafts, constant velocity joints (CV Joints) and constant velocity
boot kits both reconditioned and brand new. Recent times have seen a dramatic decrease in the retail price of CV
Joint kits.
EXHAUSTS The range of exhausts
required makes it virtually impossible to stock the entire range, and so we only stock the most popular exhaust parts. We
stock exhaust systems and silencers from Timax, Bosal, and GT with the entire range available on a next day delivery for part
numbers not in stock.
COOLING We stock a large range of water pumps, thermostats, radiator
caps from Firstline , (QH) Quinton Hazel and FAI. We can also supply replacement radiators on a same or next day service.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT Engine management
is a huge growth area for most motor factor businesses. We hold stocks of switches, engine sensors, air flow meters and oxygen
sensors (lambda sensors) and we are continually increasing our stock as more and more become available.
